Job Description
Key Responsibility
* Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to introduce FFDS services.
* Schedule meetings and walkthroughs for the founders/design team with
potential clients.
* Maintain polite persistence with follow-ups and appointment setting.
* Join initial client meetings, take structured notes, and share meeting
summaries.
* Brief clients on FFDS offerings, process, and value proposition.
* Assist during walkthroughs of design proposals and quotations; clarify
client queries.
* Maintain and update lead data, call status, and notes in Zoho CRM or
shared trackers.
* Prepare short weekly reports summarizing outreach efforts and conversion
updates.
* Visit builders, societies, property expos, or meet property consultants to
introduce FFDS.
* Distribute brochures and represent FFDS confidently in face-to-face
interactions.
