We are Looking Candidate for Customer Support in our Company corporate office - Andheri East - Mumbai


We are into Textile printer Manufacturing Where we support our client in India and Overseas Over Call .


Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Function: Customer Service | Service Coordination

Location: Andhheri (East)

Experience: 0 – 3 years at service desk.


Role Overview

The Service Desk Executive will handle incoming customer calls/e-mails at the service help desk, understand customer issues, and coordinate with service engineers for timely support. This role focuses on customer interaction, coordination, data entry, and follow-up, ensuring smooth service operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend customer calls related to service requests and complaints.
  • Understand customer issues clearly and note down the required service details.
  • Check availability of service engineers and coordinate service visits accordingly.
  • Update and maintain service requests in CRM / SAP / ERP systems.
  • Prepare and update service-related reports and trackers using MS Excel.
  • Draft and send service-related emails to customers and internal teams.
  • Follow up on open service requests until closure.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, complaints, and service status.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to seniors when required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Very good communication skills and polite customer-handling ability.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
  • Ability to use CRM, SAP, or ERP systems (training can be provided).
  • Proficient in computer knowledge and comfortable with data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a service environment.
