Salary Structure:
Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 (Fixed In-Hand) + Incentives
Experienced Candidates: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 (In-Hand), based on last drawn salary & process

Rotational shifts
5 days working, 2 days rotational off
