Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Vikhroli(W), Mumbai

Employment Type: [Full-time]

Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and customer-focused professional.

 

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

Resolve product or service issues efficiently and professionally

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

Adhere to company policies, service standards, and SLAs

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Proven experience in customer service or support roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in [industry-specific support, e.g., IT, e-commerce, telecom]

Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer support software

Multilingual skills (a plus)
