Job Description

Key Responsibilities


New Client Acquisition

  • Generate and pursue leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Identify decision-makers and convert prospects into qualified leads.
  • Conduct sales meetings (virtual/in-person) and close deals.


Product Sales & Pitching

  • Present the SaaS platform and API solutions confidently.
  • Understand client needs and align the product's value proposition.
  • Overcome objections and drive conversions.


Sales Cycle Management

  • Own the complete sales funnel from lead to closure.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure sign-ups.
  • Maintain a strong and structured sales pipeline.


Market Outreach & Growth

  • Explore new markets, industry segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Represent Keepintouch in events, demos, and client presentations.Reporting
  • Update CRM daily with leads, calls, meetings, and closures.
  • Share weekly sales reports, insights, and targets achieved.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, inside sales, or tech product acquisition.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence in pitching digital products and explaining APIs in simple terms.
  • Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and sales pressure.

Preferred Profile

  • Prior work in B2B SaaS or tech sales roles.
  • High confidence, polished communication, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and convert them into opportunities.
