Job Description
The Logistics NDR Executive makes essential outbound calls to customers to confirm the final receipt status of medicine orders previously flagged for non-delivery
(NDR). The primary goal is to confirm successful delivery, identify the root cause of the delivery issue, and facilitate immediate resolution or re-delivery.
Key Tasks
- Outreach: Call customers to verify the status of delayed/failed medicine deliveries.
- Resolution: Accurately determine if the delivery was received and resolve outstanding non-delivery reasons (e.g., reschedule, confirm address).
- Reporting: Update the logistics tracking system with conversation details and final delivery status.
