Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Non-Voice)

Process: Inbound Customer Service | Email | Chat | Video KYC


*Location : Mumbai*

Openings: 15

Salary: Up to ₹3.25 LPA (based on last drawn salary)


Eligibility:


Any Graduate (mandatory)


Fresher or Customer Support experience


Age: Up to 32 years


Male / Female candidates


Job Role:


Handle inbound customer calls


Manage email & chat support


Assist customers with Video KYC


Provide accurate and timely customer solutions


Shift Details:


Female: 9-hour rotational shifts (9 AM – 9 PM)


Male: 9-hour rotational shifts (24×7)


1 rotational week off


Employment Type:


1-year contract (Bank payroll)
