Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls AND live chats for US clients
- Resolve queries via voice & text, process transactions, ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve targets for call/chat volume, quality scores, response time & CSAT
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Multitask between voice and chat queues efficiently
Key Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduates, or Graduates (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in international BPO / US voice or chat process
- Communication: Excellent English & Hindi (mandatory - neutral accent preferred)
- Typing Skills: Good typing speed for chat support (25+ WPM)
- Shifts: Rotational shifts including 2 rotational offs (night shifts for US hours)
