Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls AND live chats for US clients
  • Resolve queries via voice & text, process transactions, ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve targets for call/chat volume, quality scores, response time & CSAT
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Multitask between voice and chat queues efficiently

Key Requirements:

  • Education: 12th Pass, Undergraduates, or Graduates (any stream)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in international BPO / US voice or chat process
  • Communication: Excellent English & Hindi (mandatory - neutral accent preferred)
  • Typing Skills: Good typing speed for chat support (25+ WPM)
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts including 2 rotational offs (night shifts for US hours)
