Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Function: Customer Service | Voice Process

Location: Andhheri (East)

Experience: 0 – 3 years 


Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and attend customer calls related to service requests and complaints.

2. Understand customer issues clearly and note down the required service details.

3. Check availability of service engineers and coordinate service visits accordingly.

4. Update and maintain service requests in CRM / SAP / ERP systems.

5. Prepare and update service-related reports and trackers using MS Excel.

6. Draft and send service-related emails to customers and internal teams.

7. Follow up on open service requests until closure.

8. Maintain proper records of calls, complaints, and service status.

9. Escalate unresolved issues to seniors when required.
