Job Description

  • Customer calls handle karna (Inbound + Outbound)
  • Order confirmation calls daily
  • Abandoned cart customers ko call karke order convert karna
  • Customer ke WhatsApp messages ka reply dena
  • Delivery / tracking / RTO issues solve karna
  • Shiprocket / Delivery partners se follow-ups
  • Return & refund cases handle karna
  • Daily order & follow-up sheet maintain karna
  • 🎯 RequirementsHindi fluent must, basic English
  • Communication clear & polite
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel + WhatsApp Web)
  • Fresher / 0–1 year experience can apply
  • E-commerce / Telecalling experience is a plus
