Job Description
- Customer calls handle karna (Inbound + Outbound)
- Order confirmation calls daily
- Abandoned cart customers ko call karke order convert karna
- Customer ke WhatsApp messages ka reply dena
- Delivery / tracking / RTO issues solve karna
- Shiprocket / Delivery partners se follow-ups
- Return & refund cases handle karna
- Daily order & follow-up sheet maintain karna
- 🎯 RequirementsHindi fluent must, basic English
- Communication clear & polite
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel + WhatsApp Web)
- Fresher / 0–1 year experience can apply
- E-commerce / Telecalling experience is a plus
