Full-time, work from Office ( Andheri East)
Job Location: Male candidate only (nearby location Mumbai base only)
Education: At least Graduate or similar skills.
Salary: 3 LPA to 4 LPA (or more depending upon interview and current package.)
Experience: 06 months to 2 years in customer support or customer care

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring a high level of customer support, and managing customer service operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
- Prior experience in Customer Service and Customer Service Management
- Degree or certificate in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Experience using communication software and CRM platforms is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Coordinating with Internal team
