Customer Support Executive

Role: Sales Executive – SBI Life Insurance / Outbound Sales (BPO)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Executives for SBI Life Insurance process. The role involves handling outbound sales calls, pitching life insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain SBI Life Insurance products and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company compliance and sales guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (mandatory).
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Willing to work in a sales environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary:

• ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month + incentives.
• Salary depends on last drawn salary and experience.

Shift Timing:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Rotational 1 week off

Location: Mindspace, Malad West Mumbai
