Customer Support Executive

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

All Saturday & Sunday off

Designation: Apprentice Trainee (under NATS Scheme)

Responsibilities

Identify new customers who are eligible for voucher benefits under YES First, YES Grandeur & YES Premia accounts.

Deploy / issue the e-vouchers to the correct eligible customers.

Maintain and update records of voucher deployment.

Track and maintain the stock of e-vouchers.

Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in data entry.

Coordinate with internal teams if any clarification is needed.
