Profile: Customer Support Executive - ZEE5 (Global OTT Platform)

Process: Blended (Email | Chat | Voice)

Eligibility:

  • Min. HSC Pass
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Versant Level 5 mandatory
  • Good English communication (Reading, Writing & Speaking)

Shift Details:

Female Candidates:

  • 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Male Candidates:

  • 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
  • 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM

1 Rotational Week Off

Salary: Upto ₹25,000 per month
