Customer Support Executive

Role Overview:

We're seeking a reliable, hands-on multi-tasker to wear multiple hats and keep our operations smooth. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and excited about wellness who thrives in a startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer support queries via email, WhatsApp, chat, and social media—resolve issues quickly and turn queries into loyal fans.
• Manage dispatch, logistics, and shipping: Coordinate with couriers, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee Shopify store: Update products, process orders, manage inventory, and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Support day-to-day operations: Vendor coordination, basic admin tasks, inventory checks, and ad-hoc projects to keep things running seamlessly.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience in customer support, e-commerce, or operations (Shopify familiarity a big plus!).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Hindi/Marathi is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Shopify, Google Workspace, and basic logistics apps.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced startup.
• Passion for wellness/Ayurveda is a bonus!
