Customer Service Representative voice and non-voice processes (Work from office)
*Job Title:* Customer Service Representative - Voice & Non-Voice Process
*Job Summary:*
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions. You'll provide exceptional support through phone, email, chat, and social media channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate information about products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain customer records and update account information
*Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
*Skills:*
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information ¹ ² ³
*Voice Process:*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide customer support and resolve issues
- Meet customer service metrics and performance standards
*Non-Voice Process:*
- Respond to customer emails and chats
- Provide support through social media channels
- Handle data entry and customer information management
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through written communication
Salary ranges : 16k to 35k
Work schedule: 5 days working 2 rotational weekoffs
