About the Role:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals for the world’s largest banking process. The role involves assisting US-based customers with their banking-related queries and transactions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking products and services.

Resolve customer queries regarding account information, transactions, online banking, credit/debit cards, loans, and payment issues.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data confidentiality.

Provide prompt and efficient solutions while adhering to process and compliance guidelines.

Meet performance targets in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum HSC (12th pass) qualification required.

Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO or customer support role (banking process preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Willingness to work in US night shifts with two rotational shifts
