Job Description:

We are hiring professionals for an International Voice Process to handle outbound sales and inbound customer support for existing UK customers.

The role includes resolving customer queries, offering upgrades/add-ons, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound sales calls and inbound customer interactions

Resolve billing, account, and service-related queries

Upsell relevant products and upgrades where applicable

Meet performance and quality standards

Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance

Excellent English communication skills

Graduates / Undergraduates / Freshers welcome

International voice experience preferred but not mandatory

Comfortable with UK shifts
