CUSTOMER SUPPORT JD (SafeGold)💼 Role: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE – INDIA

🎯 What You’ll DoHandle customer interactions across chat, email, and phone


  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer queries until closure
  • Work closely with product, operations, and tech teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain clear and structured communication with customers at all times
  • Document all interactions in CRM/tools with high accuracy
  • Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and compliance standards


🧠 What We’re Looking ForExceptional English communication skills (spoken) non-negotiable

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer support/customer success (preferably fintech or SaaS)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think independently
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and clarity
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Proven experience handling high-volume customer interactions
