Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include:

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features

Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions

Job brief: We're looking for someone to assist customers with technical problems, resolve queries, recommend solutions, and guide them through product features.

Responsibilities include responding to queries, identifying needs, analyzing malfunctions, updating databases, monitoring social media, sharing feedback, informing customers, and assisting in training.

Requirements: Experience in customer support, familiarity with the industry, help desk software skills, CRM understanding, excellent communication, multi-tasking abilities, and a relevant degree/diploma. Ideal candidates have 0-5 years of customer service experience (chat process) in Fintech (payments, lending, banking, NBFCs) and teamwork skills.
