Profile: Customer Support Executive - ZEE 5 (OTT Platform)
Process: Blended Process (Email / Chat & Voice)
Location: Malad West, Mumbai
Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a blended profile (Email, Chat & Calls) to provide exceptional service to ZEE5 users. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in customer support or BPO roles.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate or HSC Pass
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Candidates with Customer Support / BPO background and Versant 5 score are preferred (mandatory for at least 10 candidates)
- Communication: Good Communication Skills Required
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
Shift Details
- Rotational Shift
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
Salary: Upto 25,000 Inhand
