Job Description
• Data Transfer: Copy photos and videos from camera memory cards to external hard drives immediately after shoots.
• Double Backup: Create two separate copies of every event to ensure safety.
• Verification: Manually check file counts and folder sizes to ensure every single file is copied.
• Organization: Create proper folders named by Event, Date, and Camera Unit.
• Equipment Care: Safely handle and label memory cards and hard drives.
• Reporting: Update the studio manager daily on which events are backed up and safe.
