Job Title: Data Entry & Admin Manager 

Employment Type: Full-time


Location: Andheri West

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Compensation: 20,000 - 30,000/ month

Reporting To: Director

Experience: 1 to 2 years


Role Overview

The House Admin & Data Manager will support smooth household operations by managing administrative tasks, vendor coordination, data tracking, and digital records. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both physical and digital tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


1. Household Administration

• Coordinate with household staff (driver, cook, cleaners, etc.) if and when required

• Maintain household data related entries

• Manage inventory of daily supplies

• Oversee maintenance and servicing of appliances and household equipment

• Handle vendor interactions for repairs, services, and deliveries if and when required

• Support with travel arrangements, bookings, errands, and logistics if and when required


2. Data & Records Management

• Maintain digital and paper records for Files, warranties, and expenses

• Update trackers for household expenses, Subscriptions

• Organize personal and household documents as per the given instructions

• Create & maintain spreadsheets for recurring tasks, renewals, and expiry dates

• Maintain contact records for vendors, staff, doctors, service providers, etc.

• Generate simple monthly summaries/reports when required


3. Communication & Coordination

• Liaise with service providers, utility companies, and building management if and when required or as instructed by the HODs

• Coordinate appointments - service visits, administrative tasks when needed

• Assist with guests, events, and special family requirements when needed


Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

• Experience in admin/operations/house management preferred
