Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Microsoft Excel and our company’s ERP software. The role requires basic computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work with structured data. Adequate training will be provided for the ERP system.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data accurately in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Input and manage data in the company’s ERP software (training will be provided)
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Maintain organized digital records and files
• Perform basic data cleaning and formatting in Excel
• Generate simple reports when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate data
• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data-handling policies
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors
