Job Title: Mortgage Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

To accurately input, maintain, and verify critical data from mortgage applications and related documents into company databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards to support the mortgage loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input & Management: Enter borrower, property, and financial data from source documents (applications, appraisals, credit reports)
• Verification & Quality Control: Cross-check entered data against source documents, identify discrepancies, and correct errors or inconsistencies in records.
• Reporting: Generate basic data reports or summaries as requested.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive borrower information with strict confidentiality. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in typing and data entry, with high accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with mortgage terms and basic loan processes is a plus.
• Ability to work with digital tools, databases, and potentially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management to meet processing deadlines

Workinf shift : UK SHIFT (6 AM TO 3 PM) FULL TIME

: USA SHIFT (9 PM TO 6 AM) FULL TIME

: CANADA SHIFT ( 3 PM TO 9 PM ) PART TIME

MUST HAVE SKILLS

: TYPING SPEED 25 WPM (MINIMUM)

:ACCURACY 85% (MINIMUM)

: PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN DATA ENTRY FOR USA PATTERN
