Data Entry Operator

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

·       Editing and organizing bank statements

·       Performing accurate data entry using Excel spreadsheets

·       Preparing business documents in Microsoft Word, including:

o  Debit Notes

o  Proforma Invoices

·       Conducting online and trade magazine research for chemical products

·       Communicating with vendors to obtain comprehensive quotations

·       Updating and maintaining chemical product information on the company website

·       Managing and responding to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

·       Graduate – B.com

·       Male candidates only 

Job Timings - 11 am to 7 pm
