Summary:

The Logistics Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining logistics and supply chain-related data into the company’s systems. This role ensures smooth documentation, timely record-keeping, and supports logistics operations by providing accurate information for shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules. The position requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Key Responsibilities:Enter and update shipment, inventory, and delivery details into ERP/Logistics management systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inbound and outbound logistics transactions.
• Verify data accuracy, cross-check with supporting documents, and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and prepare logistics-related reports, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Assist in tracking shipments, preparing dispatch schedules, and coordinating with warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and documentation requirements.
• Communicate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely data updates.
• Support the logistics and supply chain team with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce, Business, or Logistics).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software; ERP or logistics software knowledge is a plus.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
