Job Description
* Entering financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts) from source documents into software.
* Verification & Accuracy: Checking entered data for errors, ensuring completeness, and correcting discrepancies.
* Using accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, ERPs) and MS Excel for data management.
* Maintaining and organizing digital and physical financial records
* Assisting with bank reconciliations, GST/TDS entries, and preparing data for audits.
* Generating simple reports or summaries from the entered data.
Essential Skills
Typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.
Attention to detail.
