Core Responsibilities:

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate high-accuracy invoices and manage daily billing cycles.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update comprehensive financial records.
• Software Mastery: Utilise Tally Prime Gold as the primary tool for all accounting tasks.
• Banking & Payments: Handle company chequebooks and ensure precise management of all payment entries.
• Operational Initiative: Identify pending tasks or routine paperwork and complete them without needing constant supervision.

Technical Requirements & Expertise

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level comfort with Tally Prime Gold is a fundamental requirement.
• GST Compliance: Solid understanding of GST principles, including the correct application of HSN codes.
• Tax Knowledge: Ability to accurately differentiate between and apply SGST, CGST, and IGST.
• Regulatory Accuracy: Ensure every invoice issued is fully compliant with current Indian tax regulations.
