OPD Data Entry Operator (Full‑time, 8.5 hrs, Mumbai)

1. Scanning and documentation

• Scan relevant investigation (Ix) charts and records and maintain an updated Excel sheet for each patient.

1. Case‑summary typing

• Convert handwritten or dictated case‑summaries and notes into typed, clean documents in Word/Excel as per the consulting doctor’s format.

1. OPD coordination

• Liaise between the wait‑room, consultation room, lab, and pharmacy to ensure smooth patient flow (e.g., collecting reports, confirming prescriptions, updating status).

1. Languages

• Must be comfortable in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken) for patient communication and record‑keeping.
• Candidate requirements you can addEducation: 12th pass or graduation; basic computer course preferred.
• Skills:
• Good typing speed in English and Hindi (25–30+ WPM); basic Marathi typing helpful.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and simple scanning/printing operations.
• Experience: Fresher OK; prior hospital/OPD data entry experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
• Shift: Full‑time, 8.5 hours, as per OPD timings (you can specify exact hours, e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
