Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Delegate Acquisition Executive who can identify, approach, and confirm senior-level delegates (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Technology Leaders) for our tech conferences and roundtables.


This role is revenue-impacting and relationship-driven, perfect for someone who understands B2B tech ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build databases of relevant CXO-level delegates across industries
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, cold calls & referrals
  • Pitch event value proposition and secure confirmed registrations
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
  • Work closely with the sponsorship & marketing teams
  • Track the delegate pipeline and meet weekly acquisition targets
  • Ensure quality audience alignment as per sponsor requirements


Requirements:

  • Fresher/1–2 years of experience in delegate acquisition / B2B sales/event sales
  • Experience in tech, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI events preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn & CRM tools is a plus
