About the Job:

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Delivery Partners. If you have a passion for the road and want to earn a substantial fixed income plus high incentives, this role is for you. You will be responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of food orders, courier packages, and e-commerce parcels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate your bike or car to deliver food, documents, and parcels to customers.
• Ensure orders are picked up and dropped off within the specified time limits.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team and use a smartphone for navigation and order tracking.
• Handle payments (if applicable) and ensure package safety.

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Base Pay).
• Incentives: Opportunity to earn an additional ₹40,000 in performance-based incentives.
• Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹80,000 per month.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Languages: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English (to read addresses and use navigation apps).
• Age: 18 to 60 years.
• Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
• Vehicle: Must own or we provide a valid driving license
• Smartphone: Must own an Android/iOS smartphone for app-based deliveries.
