You are responsible for fast, safe, and accurate delivery of orders to customers and shops. This is not just riding a bike — this is handling cash, products, and customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities Delivery OperationsDeliver products (incense, pooja items, etc.) to customers and retailers
• Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries on time
• Handle same-day and urgent deliveries without excuses
• Cash & Payment HandlingCollect cash, UPI payments, or COD amounts
• Submit full payment daily without delay
• Maintain proper delivery receipts
• Order AccuracyCheck items before leaving shop (no wrong delivery)
• Ensure packaging is intact and presentable
• Return undelivered items with proper reason
• Navigation & CoordinationUse Google Maps efficiently
• Stay in constant touch with shop/team for updates
• Inform delays immediately
• RequirementsMust own a valid driving license
• Must have own bike + valid documents
• Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, Maps, Calls)
• Honest and reliable (zero tolerance for fraud or cash mismatch)
• Physically fit and able to handle multiple deliveries daily
• Performance Expectations (KPI)On-time delivery rate: 95%+
• Zero cash mismatch
• Minimum daily deliveries target (define based on your area: e.g. 15–25)
• Customer complaints: as low as possible
• Working HoursTiming: (example) 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Weekly off: 1 day (as per company policy)
