Key Responsibilities

• Job Locations Bandra West, Malabar Hill, Altamount Road in Mumbai.
• Day shift - 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM, Night Shift - 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM (09 Hours shift)
• Scope of work: Local delivery of medicines from store to homes (within 0.1 sq km)
• Transport & Delivery: Pick up and deliver medications.
• Safety & Security: Securely package and transport items, ensuring integrity and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs, verify recipient information, and get signatures.
• Route Management: Plan efficient routes, considering traffic and delivery times.
• Vehicle Care: Perform basic maintenance checks (tires, fluids) and log mileage/maintenance.
• Customer Service: Communicate with dispatch and medical staff, provide basic customer support.
