Job Title: Delivery Boy – Laundry Pickup & Drop

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Requirement: Candidate must have a bike and a valid driving license.

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to manage the pickup and drop of laundry items from customers to the laundry unit and vice-versa. The role requires local area knowledge, good customer interaction skills, and responsibility for handling clothes carefully.

• Key Responsibilities:Pick up laundry items from customers’ homes/offices and deliver them to the laundry unit.
• Deliver cleaned and packed laundry items back to customers on time.
• Maintain proper handling of clothes to avoid any damage or mix-ups.
• Manage delivery routes within Lower Parel and nearby areas efficiently.
• Coordinate with customers for timing and location of pickup/drop.
• Maintain records of completed deliveries and pending orders.
• Ensure timely updates to the team regarding any delays or issues.
• Keep the bike well-maintained and follow traffic rules.
