Job Title: Field Purchase & Office Support Executive

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesPurchase office supplies, materials, and other required items from local markets
• Visit vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and purchases
• Ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery of purchased items
• Collect and submit bills, invoices, and delivery challans to accounts
• Maintain basic purchase and expense records
• Handle office errands such as bank visits, courier dispatch, and document delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of office premises
• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors when required
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other office support tasks
• Manage pantry items and office stationery stock
• Support staff with day-to-day operational work
• Requirements & SkillsMinimum 10th pass
• Experience in field purchasing or office support preferred
• Familiarity with local markets and vendors
• Basic knowledge of bills and invoices
• Ability to negotiate prices
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Basic communication skills
• Key AttributesHonest, reliable, and responsible
• Punctual and disciplined
• Physically fit for field and office work
• Willing to multitask
