Delivery & Logistics Coordinator

Ventura Lifestyles is looking for a Delivery & Logistics Coordinator to manage furniture deliveries and coordinate with drivers and delivery teams.

This role will ensure smooth delivery scheduling, communicate with drivers, and update the team on delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily furniture deliveries with drivers and transporters

• Handle calls from drivers regarding delivery locations and schedules

• Plan delivery routes and timings

• Update the team on delivery status and delays

• Coordinate with warehouse and office staff

• Ensure smooth execution of deliveries to customers

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in logistics / delivery coordination preferred

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English)

• Ability to handle driver coordination and scheduling

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel
