Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented Delivery Boy responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products (packages, food, groceries, etc.) to customers within assigned routes and timelines across Mumbai.

• Key Responsibilities
• Pick up items from the warehouse, store, kitchen, or dispatch point and deliver them to the customer as per the assigned schedule.
• Ensure timely, accurate and safe deliveries to customers.
• Verify delivery details (name, address, contact) and obtain any required signatures or payment.
• Maintain mobile delivery apps and update status (picked up, delivered, cancelled, etc.).
• Provide excellent customer service — polite, helpful, and professional interactions.
• Adhere to traffic rules and safety standards at all times.
• Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good working condition.
• Report delivery issues (damage, customer not available, delays) to the supervisor.
• Manage cash or digital payments correctly, if required (for Cash on Delivery).
• Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Minimum 10th pass (Matric) or equivalent.
• Driving Requirements: Valid two-wheeler driving license (DL) and own bike/scooter with valid documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) if delivering by bike.
• Smartphone & App Use: Must be able to operate a smartphone and delivery app.
• Good local area knowledge of Mumbai routes.
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and basic communication skills.
• Physically fit — comfortable riding and carrying packages for long hours.
• Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in delivery, courier, e-commerce, food delivery, or logistics is a plus.
• Customer service attitude and professionalism.
• Work ConditionsDelivery routes will be within Mumbai city limits.
• Flexible shifts (morning/afternoon/evening) available depending on business needs.
• May require working on weekends or public holidays.
