Minimum Experience Required:

• 3+ Years of proven experience in Food, Courier, or E-commerce deliveries.
• Must have practical knowledge of delivery routes, time management, and rider coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and supervise a team of delivery partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Operations Management: Oversee the workflow at a specific location or zone, ensuring that all deliveries are executed efficiently and on time.
• Coordination: Act as the bridge between the company, delivery riders, and sometimes clients to resolve real-time issues.
• Execution Oversight: Monitor ground-level activity, ensure adherence to company policies, and report on performance metrics.
• Training Support: Assist in training new delivery partners on best practices and routes.

Who Can Apply?

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in delivery services (Food/Courier/E-commerce).
• Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
• Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and Basic English (required for coordination and reporting).
