Dental Assistant

A Dental Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to ensure a dental office runs efficiently. They are responsible for preparing patients, assisting the dentist during procedures, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Core Duties

Chairside Assisting: Passing instruments and using suction during procedures (four-handed dentistry).

Patient Care: Preparing treatment rooms, seating patients, and teaching oral hygiene.

Lab & X-Rays: Taking digital X-rays, making impressions, and sterilizing equipment.

Admin Support: Managing patient records, scheduling, and ordering supplies.
