Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Clinic Assistant to support the doctor during surgical procedures and treatments, manage clinic operations, and ensure proper care and sterilization of medical instruments. This role requires attention to detail, discipline, and a basic understanding of clinical hygiene and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist the doctor during surgeries and treatments by handling instruments and supporting patients.

  Sort, clean, and sterilize surgical and diagnostic instruments.

  Prepare the treatment/surgery room with necessary tools and supplies.

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.

  Welcome patients, manage their appointments, and help with basic reception duties.

  Maintain patient records and update them as per the doctor’s instructions.

  Manage stock and inventory of medical supplies and reorder when needed.

  Ensure proper disposal of medical waste and follow hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

  Minimum 12th pass; diploma/certificate in healthcare/paramedical/nursing is preferred.

  Basic understanding of medical instruments and clinic procedures.

  Prior experience in assisting surgeries or clinic work (preferred).

  Neat, punctual, and well-organized.

  Willingness to learn and work under the supervision of a doctor.
