Job Description

Job Title: Regulatory Data & Reporting Analyst

Department: Compliance / Regulatory Reporting

Job Summary: The Regulatory Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission of regulatory data, including FSD, Daksh, and ad-hoc requirements from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). This role requires effective coordination with internal teams and business stakeholders to collect, validate, and submit data, as well as respond promptly to regulatory queries and inspection requirements.

  • Duties & Responsibilities: FSD Data Submission:
  • Responsible for accurate and timely submission of Financial Supervision Department (FSD) data and fulfillment of data automation requirements.
  • Daksh Data Submission:
  • Ensure timely and error-free submission of data through the RBI's Daksh portal, adhering to prescribed timelines and quality standards.
  • Handling Ad-hoc RBI Requirements:
  • Manage and respond promptly to ad-hoc data requests or queries received from RBI via mail, ensuring compliance with all regulatory expectations.
  • Coordination for Inspection Responses:
  • Collaborate closely with internal business units and stakeholders to gather required information and ensure timely submission of inspection responses to the regulators.
  • Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, operations, or related functions in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory portals such as RBI Daksh and FSD data submission processes.
  • Good knowledge of RBI’s regulatory requirements, reporting standards, and inspection processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, handle pressure, and maintain accuracy in data reporting.
