Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced laptop repairs, including part replacements (motherboard, screen, keyboard, hinges, etc.).

Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware issues and provide maintenance services.

Handle printer installation and configuration across various brands (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.).

Install and set up CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems, including wiring and troubleshooting.

Configure Microsoft Outlook for email setup, backups, PST management, and troubleshooting.

Assist in firewall setup and configuration (basic to intermediate level).

Support network setup, including routers, switches, LAN/WAN connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in computer hardware engineering and IT support.

Strong knowledge of hardware components and tools.

Familiarity with small business/home networking.

Ability to travel to client sites within the Western Line.

Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

IT diploma/degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:

Based anywhere between Churchgate to Dahisar (Western Line)

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
