Desktop Support EngineerWe are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT operations team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our end-user support, ensuring that our team stays productive, our hardware stays healthy, and our systems remain secure.

The ideal candidate blends sharp technical troubleshooting with excellent communication skills to provide a seamless "white-glove" service experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• MS Outlook & Office 365 Mastery: Provide expert-level support for Outlook (profile configuration, PST/OST management, shared mailboxes, and sync issues).
• Active Directory Integration: Perform seamless installation and configuration of PCs within an AD environment, including domain joining and Group Policy (GPO) application.
• SLA Compliance: Manage incoming tickets via our ITSM tool, ensuring all requests are acknowledged and resolved within established Service Level Agreements.
• Baseline & Imaging: Execute the "baselining" of desktops—ensuring every machine meets company standards for security, software, and performance before deployment.
• Patch & Inventory Management: Maintain a rigorous schedule for OS and software patching. Keep an accurate, real-time log of all hardware assets and licenses.
• Executive Communication: Provide clear, professional updates to users in English, translating technical jargon into easy-to-understand instructions.

Work Environment:

Schedule: Standard 6-day work week (Monday – Saturday).
