Desktop Support Engineer

we are looking for a dedicated On-Field Support Executive to assist our customers by visiting their premises and resolving tech issues efficiently. If you’re a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys working on-site and providing excellent customer service, we want you on our team!

Job Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Visit customer locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.

✅ Provide on-site support for troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance.

✅ Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience with timely issue resolution.

✅ Coordinate with the backend support team for escalations and follow-ups.

✅ Maintain proper documentation of service visits and solutions provided.

Requirements:

✔️ Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

✔️ Ability to travel within the designated service area.

✔️ Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages.

✔️ Prior experience in field support or IT services is a plus but not mandatory.
