Job Description
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software applications.
- Handle incidents related to hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and basic networking problems.
- Coordinate with the network/IT team for escalated issues.
- Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment.
- Log and track tickets using helpdesk/CRM systems.
- Provide on-site and remote support as required.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests within SLA timelines.
- Educate end-users on IT best practices, security policies, and system usage.
