Desktop Support Engineer

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, applications, and antivirus software.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory.

Provide support for email systems (Outlook / Office 365).

Assist in server monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting (Windows Server environment).

Manage file servers, shared folders, and backup processes.

Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.

Install and configure new systems and perform upgrades.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Provide remote support to users when required.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and service support.

Ensure system security, patch updates, and compliance with IT policies.
