Your Role:


As our IT Support Field Engineer Your Daily Responsibilities.

1.   Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware issues.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and replacements of hardware components.
  • Test and verify functionality after repairs or replacements.

2.   Software Installation & Troubleshooting

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
  • Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and resolve software conflicts.

3.   Network Support

  • Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity and configurations.
  • Configure routers, modems, and wireless networks to integrate devices into local networks.

4.   Customer Support

  • Provide on-site technical support with clear communication and updates.
  • Educate clients on basic troubleshooting and system maintenance practices.
  • Document service visits with detailed issue resolutions and recommendations.

5.   Preventive Maintenance

  • Conduct routine checks and optimize systems to prevent future issues.
  • Maintain device cleanliness and performance efficiency.

6.   Inventory & Reporting

  • Track and manage tools, spare parts, and inventory.
  • Prepare detailed reports on tasks completed, issues faced, and resolutions.

7.   Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with advancements in hardware, software, and IT solutions.
  • Participate in training to enhance technical skills and expertise.


What we’re looking for:


Gender: Male


Education – Diploma in Hardware & Networking, degree in IT, or related field.


Experience – Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support on Field.


Technical Skills: Knowledge of hardware components, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.


Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and professional manner.


Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to client locations and flexibility with work hours.


Job Location – Mumbai – Kanjurmarg East. Near Railway Station.


Age Range – 20-35 Years.


Working Hours – 6 Days a week - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM


Type of work – Onsite (Field Work).
