Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Diamond Buyer for Solitaires with at least 3 years of experience. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the 4Cs, different certificates and pricing.  This role requires understanding of diamonds, excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase solitaires.
• Evaluate diamonds using industry-standard grading systems (GIA, IGI, etc.).
• Negotiate pricing

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a diamond buyer or in a related role within the industry.
• In-depth knowledge of diamond grading standards and quality assessment.
• Familiarity with diamond certification agencies (GIA, IGI, HRD).
• A degree or certification in gemology is preferred.
