We are a pharma company established in 2011 focused on delivering high-quality healthcare products. We are building a modern digital growth engine and need a seasoned marketer who understands regulated industries and can execute measurable campaigns end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute digital marketing strategies across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Google Maps.
• Manage WhatsApp Marketing and integrate WhatsApp Business API for automated outreach and lead nurturing.
• Use Data Extractor Tools to gather market, competitor, and lead data and translate insights into campaigns.
• Create marketing content using Canva and similar AI tools; produce basic animations and talking-photo style creatives.
• Design and produce brochures and sales collaterals using Canva or AI-assisted tools.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance; optimize for ROI and compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, regulatory, and product teams to ensure messaging is accurate and compliant.

Required skills and experience

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with demonstrable results.
• Proven experience running YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
• Lead Generation
• Experience with Google Maps optimization and local SEO.
• Practical knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and campaign automation.
• Familiarity with Data Extractor Tools and turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Strong content creation skills using Canva or equivalent.
• Portfolio showing campaign examples, creatives, and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working in a regulated industry; attention to compliance and documentation.

Preferred

• Prior experience in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences marketing.
